General Contracting Services was very courteous to work with. The workers were informative and honest. They do a good job of maintaining the efficiency of our air conditioning. They were a little late, but did call to let us know that they would be late. They returned the next day to install the new air ducts. The air ducts cost $4000. And our heating and air maintenance is $170 per year.
