They don't really charge you more than what it should. They actually care for the animals. Once I took one of my cats to them and she stayed overnight because the doctor was not able make it. When I went to pick her up the next morning, they told me that I don't have to pay anything because it was their fault. They've always been very honest and fair in my opinion.
