computer repair
 + -1 moreI thought their work was terrible and I'll never buy another Dell computer. Each time I called them, they put me on hold for an hour and the customer service was awful. I can't believe they put in new parts, three times and still couldn't fix it. They finally realized it and sent it back to Dell and I got a new computer.
Description of Work: My Dell Laptop computer was smoking so the computer technician checked it out and replaced all the parts such as the motherboard, keyboard and some wiring. After he repaired it the first time, it kept smoking so he repaired it the second and third time by installing a new motherboard and keyboard again. The computer was under warranty, so after the third time of trying to fix it, he sent it to the Dell factory and they replaced it with a new computer.
