Description of Work
6 dining room chairs with upholstery on the seat and both sides of the chair backs were reupholstered. The provider picked up and dropped off the chairs. i provided the upholstery. He charged by the yard and was very thrifty with the material. He also repaired one of the chairs while reupholstering. There was a couple of unforseeable delays in returning the chairs, but the result was worth the wait!

He was on vacation when I needed the service. But he still communicated with me. He contacted me as soon as he returned. A very sincere and likeable (lovable!) guy. He went beyond what needs to be done to make my chairs look better than it was and built something on his own to enhance the chair. I recommend him for your re-upholstery needs, just get the amount accurate up front.

Description of Work
Professional, Excellent Communication--Austin keeps you informed on his progress and text pictures. Austin refurbished and recovered a family heirloom for my grand daughters nursery--her GREAT GREAT GREAT Grandmothers chaise lounge. He kept the antiquity of the piece while giving it an all new look. We love it and plan to enjoy it for a new more generations.

I am very pleased with Mr Austin's work and have had several items redone by him. He comes and gets the piece of furniture and delivers it when it's done.
Description of Work
He has reupholstered an antique chair including taking all the stuffing out and putting a cushion in. He has also recovered the cushions in 2 platform rockers and put a needlepoint piece in an antique rocker. The detail is great and he is prompt and courteous. I also liked that he kept in touch with me during the process, sending me pictures of what he was doing and asking how I wanted certain aspects of the work to be done.
