It's $87.50 and they do it quarterly. When they come in and spray if I have a problem they go above and beyond. In Arkansas, we get a lot of pests. If I'm having a problem after that, I just call them up and they come back for free.

When I moved into my home we were covered from the previous owner. Within three weeks of moving in, we found hidden termite damage in the crown molding in our bedroom. Cliff was out the next day to assess the damage and gave us the option to do the repair work ourselves (for which he would reimburse time and expenses) or he would pay a crew to do the work. All of this was done quickly and the crew he hired to fix the damage was professional and high quality too. This is a local company with real people who treat you like an intelligent human, not a number. I highly recommend them over the over-priced big guns.

Arkansas Pest visits have been going just great. They offer very fair prices and good services. I was very fond of the specific field agent or whatever you call him that they had sent out. I have yet to experience him showing up late or missing an appointment. I cannot find any one reason to discontinue my services at this point in time.

We do have a yearly contract with them so they came out for in inspection. They must have had a good quality product because we haven't had any problems. They even left us a report of what they came up with before they left, too.

They are one of the best priced. They are also one of the most reputable companies around. When they come out they are always polite. They introduce themselves and explain what they are going to look for. When they are done they bring be a report with their findings.
