They're been doing pretty good. They sometimes want some add-on that I wasn't expecting.

Airmasters installed a new HVAC unit in my home last year. They showed up on time, were professional, answered any and all questions. I have saved a lot in energy related bills since installing this system. Airmasters is prompt about calling for free service maintenance appointments to service the unit. This week I had a problem with my furnace due to an unrelated vent cover on my roof letting in rain. Logan from Airmasters came out to look at the unit, immediately assessed the problem and, although it was unrelated to my warranty and much to my surprise, went and purchased a new vent cover for roof vent and installed it free of charge! I am more than pleased that I chose Airmasters - with a special shoutout to Logan!

I would not go back to Airmasters period. I'll never use them again. They went up on me. They went up about $1000. I didn't want to pay $1000, so I called another company. $700 or $800 about the same as Senal. Then they went up on so that's why I changed. Plus they charged me $300 when something went out and they shouldn't have charged me anything. That's the reason I give them an "F" rating.  It used to be a great company but the owner died at a young age and it's gone to h*ll since he died. They could be their honesty. They didn't cover something that should've been covered cause I have an annual maintenance contract. It was something they should've caught when they did their semi-annual maintenance. It destroyed one of my walls in my garage. They didn't pay for it. I had to pay several hundred dollars to get that repaired.

They did pretty good. They do an annual inspection and repairs. Whatever is needed. I would use them again. We are on contract with them.

They always do good. Very good. They do a good job.

They were punctual and got it done quickly, but they ended up having to come back a few times because they cut corners. I'll use them again. I'm on a maintenance plan with them so I don't have a choice.

I pay annually, it is a $200. They come out at least twice a year. It is an annual contract. They maintain the system. They put the initial furnace in. We have been using them forever. They do what they say they are going to do. They show up on time. They are very careful truck in any dirt on your house. They put these covers overs their shoes. They are polite. They change your air filters.They do an all round job.

I was charged over 300.00 and all they did was put freon in and it leaked right out because they did no diagnostics to find the leak. They scheduled a return visit and did not show and did not call. After a call to the BBB, they promised to send me my money back.

Airmaster is my contracted heating/cooling vendor. The upper floor ductwork wasn't replaced with the new furnace last year. Airmaster came out and gave me a quote, and the work was completed the next day. They removed all old wrapping, added a couple of needed baffles, and re-wrapped the ducts entire length of house.

The interaction was excellent. There was nothing that I disliked about them. I've used them before.

This is the 2nd time this month that my heat will not work.  They came out and the first time replaced batteries in thermostat and charged me.  The second time messed around with unit in attic and said they could not find the reason it was not working but it was working now so they thought it reset itself.  However last night it stopped working again and is  not working now.  They installed it 51/2 years ago and will not honor warranty that ran out in Nov a month ago.  Finally they installed a control panel which was still under warranty but I had to pay the installation labor cost of $175.00.

They did their work and they were very professional.
