All of the job was carried out with the utmost skill, care and professionalism. Great attention was paid to detail, neatness and precision in cutting and laying the tile. It looks wonderful.

We had a very experienced technician and he explained everything and answered any questions we had about cleaning and operation. He fixed the problem very quickly. He was extremely knowledgable, very informative, and answered all of our questions.

what a disaster! doesn't show up when he was supposed to. this guy can install appliances but don't let him near a piece of wood. used the cheapest products available with the worse finish i've ever seen. his card says and quot;Specializing in Kitchen and Bath Remodels Painting, Decks, Flooring, and all Home Repairsand quot; well I beg to differ! He was to have all cabinet doors, drawer fronts and fridge and oven cabinets finished when we returned from vacation april 20th ( he got the first check march 15th!)...not even close that should have been our first clue! built fridge cabinet in MY GARAGE in JULY!!! when he went to install a cabinet he punched through the wall into the laundry room fuse box and almost set the house on fire when sparks fell into a basket of towels. (burnt 4 holes in my new floor) he did call an electrician and assured us all was fine. we didn't trust that so we had an electrician come out....3 fuses melted together!! the electrician said we would have burned up before it would have thrown the main switch at the end of the house because they could not have thrown individually. $400.00 later and a new fuse box and we were safe again. we did get the man to pay us for that at least. needless to say we let him go before the end of july ~ i cried 2 weeks ~ then hired Kitchen Tune Up to come in and re-do ALL the wood and make our nightmare kitchen into a dream kitchen. nice guy but not a cabinet man...should really stick to decks....but then again maybe another line of business is in order.
