+ -1 moreIn the long run 2 years later I obtained a serviceman by the name of Morris Shell here in Newport who really KNEW what he was on about and finally the unit has run now for 3 months
Description of Work: Gates guaranteed the unit which was a Goodman Mfg Unit. Then I was informed that they were closing and that Goodman would honor the guarantee. The unit has constantly broken down and it has been like pulling teeth out of a hen to get them to honor the guarantee. Their website recommends a Mr. Block to service and he has lost his licence. I recommend that anyone wanting a Goodman unit to rethink
