"The job for the most part went extremely well. The employees were always very professional as well as the project Manager and owners. We had them do two differe t projects for us, the first was all of the concrete torn out and replaced with additional concrete poured in front & back yards. Then we hired them to come back and build a nice cover for our back porch creating an outdoor living space with electricity, lighting etc. These guys were top notch all the way around. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

Even though installation was delayed because of the extreme weather in February he called or texted almost daily to let me know the status, which I appreciated greatly. He does excellent work, and his pricing is very fair and he worked with me to find a solution that we could afford.
