SUTTERFIELD HEATING & COOLING

I hired Sutterfield heating and cooling llc. to do the above work. He was supposed to splice into the water line going to the Hardy outdoor furnace underground so there would be no danger of it freezing should the Hard not being in use. I noticed after they left that they had spliced into the water line in the back of the Hardy instead of under ground as discussed. I call them numerous times but they would not return my calls. On five different occasions I drove to the business and talked to Russell Sutterfield personally and he assured me each time he would send someone to correct the problem but never did. On the forth and fifth times that I talked to him it was getting close to freezing weather and both times he assured he would have someone out before it got cold enough to freeze. We have had several nights since in the low 20's I wrapped the water line with heat tape to avoid freezing and he still hasn't showed up and at this point I don't believe he has any plans to do so.
