The owner, Kim Koenen, found me the perfect home, in the perfect location, for the perfect price....and all in one day. I realize that is probably a stroke of great luck, however, she is the cats meow when it comes to personal service. Emailed me promptly, answered all questions completely, and was spot on with her selection of properties to look at...the first MLS she handed me, was the house I bought. I think she is psychic or something.
