Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

I called and within 10 minutes they were here ready to work on clearing out the sewer line. I was lucky they were right in the neighborhood when I called.
The provider is friendly, very matter of fact. He gets right down to business. He explains things to you and is easy to talk with. I just wish prices were lower.

There is no story. I didn't use this particular service. Your review format should have a category for the people who get estimates and don't actually choose to use those services. There is nothing wrong with the company, and I would use them again, just didn't use them at this time. Put that on your form sometime in the future, please.

We had one plumber that we had contacted early in the morning cancel on us in the afternoon, but suggested we call roto rooter. We called and they had two gentlemen show up in a couple of hours. They had to finish another job that they were working on first. He had the problem fixed and taken care of within an hours time. He walked in our basement and immediately knew where the leak was coming from even though we had cleaned it all up at that point. He was able to dig up a small area outside and fix the problem from outside. He said in the future it should leak outside instead of inside our house. He was very friendly and effecient and answered all of our concerns. He seemed very knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge with us. He also charged a lot less than we expected for the service.

closest roto is about 50 miles from my house. excellent work showed up on time. he even covered the floor so he wouldnt make a mess and cleaned up my mess off the floor around the toilet at my feeble attemptes to unclog the drains.

He did good work. I would recommend them.

Called came out within 2 hours had the drain problem track down and fixed in an hour time.
