Description of Work: The work was done in 2009 but your date would not let me go back that far. I had a bay window put in with narrow side windows. After a while the big window leaked. He did respond and did some caulking and that worked. I needed some other windows replaced and I called him and he never showed up. Now I am having problems with both of the side windows. I have yet to call him on that and will update this when I see what happens. I feel that the whole window is poor quality. I've had two other companies put in other windows and both of them were more reasonably priced and so far have had no problems with them so I would not have Quality Windows again.

 + 0 moreWe had a great experience with Dale. He was true to his word and did quality work. He addressed any issues right away. I was very pleased with his dependability and he guarantees everything.

 + -1 morewe got several bids (7) and this company was not the cheapest but the quality of their work was most important. we were given several references and we did check all of them and went to look at their work. they showed up on time and completed the job in the time stated. very professional. Excellent clean up
