Will use again whenever I may need this kind of service.

He claimed a/c was working properly although he never checked it at the time of day we are having problems. He never even opened up the inside unit to look at it.  It was cooling in the mornings but not in the afternoon.    He came fairly early in the morning and claimed the a/c was working properly because it was coming out of the vents cold.   I explained to him that by afternoon it would be over 80 degrees inside although the thermostat was set on 73.    I asked if he checked the Freon  and his response was that there was plenty of Freon or the air coming out would not be that cold.   Never answered my question about whether he actually checked the Freon or not.   He finally suggested getting more insulation in the attic (but never looked in the attic, which is well insulated and the a/c cooled great last summer when the temp was 10 to 15 degrees hotter) and left and said they would send me a bill (the reason I couldn't give an approximate cost of service).   This was on Friday (after them promising to show up Tues or Wed).   By that afternoon the temperature in the house was 81.   It is now Monday morning and there is no cool air coming out of the vents at all.   Although the thermostat was on 69 last night the coolest it got was 76 and it is 77 now already.   Will be calling someone else today.

Had to replace air/heat/duct work immediately after purchasing home. Worked my job quickly. Excellent employees.

They replaced and added new duct work for an addition that we had in the past. They are good. They know what they are doing. They have good products. They are professional. They have good customer service skills. Their employees are courteous. They didn't charge us.
