GROUT GUARDIAN

I had called and left a message on Grout Guardian answering machine after searching online for help with re caulking our shower area. Corey called back immediately and since he would be in the area, would be able to stop by within 30 minutes to check on the job and give an estimate. He arrived on the dot and observed the situation, gave a very fair estimate considering the work involved and was able to do the job just two days later which would be perfect. Corey was on time and even called to say he would be delayed just a couple of minutes due to traffic. It was basically a negligible amount of time. He proceeded to explain to my husband that the caulking material we had used wasn't sealing properly and advised using a silicon sealer following an application of an agent to prevent mold growth. He did a wonderful job. He was very much a perfectionist checking carefully over every inch of caulk applied. He even mentioned a type of product that might remove a rust stain on the travertine for which I am thankful and immediately ordered online. This young man is engaging, courteous and immediately removed his shoes when he entered the home. More importantly, he knew exactly what needed to be done and what material to use to properly accomplish the job. The shower looks great and since we are putting our house on the market it will definitely be a plus.

He did a great job and was very courteous and professional. The grout looks great/perfect and remains so at least 3 months after he did the project. He cleaned up after himself and took his street shoes off before walking across the carpet and the hardwood floors. He also left a special cleaner with instructions. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend this business. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was involved.
