DON'S PROFESSIONAL CLEANING

"We first went to this client's house on 3/5/12 to give her an estimate and to do the cleaning. We walked through the house and done measurements and assessed the condition of the carpet. There was heavy soiling along with pet and dye stains in various areas through out the house. I told her that some of the stains would be permanent and that the pet smell could be also if it had soaked down to the carpet pad.The only option then would be to remove and replace the carpet pad.She had three bedrooms, one with a large closet, a living room, dinning room, bathroom and hallway to be cleaned and she only wanted traffic areas cleaned and no furniture moved. This came out to be 766 Sq Ft of carpet to be cleaned. I told her that the price came out to $230.00 and she agreed on the price. After the cleaning most of the stains had come out except for some dye stains in the bath room. About two weeks later Lori called us and said she had some issues with the carpet. I told her I would be glad to come by and clean it again at no cost the next day. She said that she wanted to wait two weeks because she was moving out and she wanted me to do all the carpet after she moved out so she could get her deposit back. I told her that I couldn't do all the carpet at no cost because I didn't clean all the carpet before. She said that she would pay $50.00 to clean the remainder of the carpet. I told her I couldn't do the remainder for less than $150.00 and she agreed on this. After the last cleaning on 4-14-12 the carpet was as clean as it could be at this point. I wish she could have got her deposit back but I couldn't reverse the damage that had been done. Everything was done according to the iicrc (Institue of inspection cleaning and restoration certification) guidelines. At the end, her total cost was $380.00 and roughly 1300 Sqaure Foot of carpet."
