Service went fine, they do good work once you get a qualified tech as they sometimes send someone who isn't.
My problem with them is their billing procedure. I have mentioned this in previous review. They often do not send bill until almost a year after the fact. Most recently they sent a bill nearly a year after the work was done. I had paid for the job in full but eight months later they sent another bill. I denied it and will not pay. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General and discovered mine was not the only complaint. Such duplicate and very late bills look, to me, suspiciously like a scam. Eight months or a year after the fact can result in memory being faulty. In our retirement community it would be easy to take advantage of the elderly by sending bills for work not performed.
BTW, they have changed location. Address has changed.

Smooth, prompt and professional.They came shortly after my call. After diagnosing the problem he left saying he knew where a replacement uint was that would avoid having to buy expensive new units.Came back early next morning and installed promptly. All works well.I have used Custom previously. They are good to work with.

Have used this company several times. My h/c system is a Water Furnace and it takes a specialized technician to service. They once sent a tech who said he couldn't service these. I sent him away and called the company. They then sent someone who was qualified and he did fine work. Their office procedures are very sloppy. They once waited almost a year to bill me for a job. I must be very specific when I call them to get a qualified tech. Otherwise I plan to continue using them.
