Description of Work: NEVER SHOWED UP ON TIME, DID SHOTTY WORK, DIDNT FIX WHAT HE BROKE . WOULDNT CALL OR SHOW UP FOR DAYS AND LET HIS PRESONAL PROBLEMS EFFECT HIS WORK.
