He did an excellent job. The house is an older home that was being renovated and he had to overcome several obstacles. The job was completed on-time and on-budget. Bob continues to provide excellent support when updates are needed. We hired him again to expand system when we added an outdoor living area.

Well. There were (and still are) a lot of questions because I am not technically incline, but he still answers my calls and texts regularly 2 1/2 years later to help me figure out glitches and always comes over when I hit a wall.

His knowledge and quality of work goes way beyond expectation. He may not be as inexpensive as Best Buy, but the service that comes with hiring him is unquantifyable. Not only upon initial installation, but with troubleshooting for the life of the products, he takes ownership!
