We've been using them for 3 years. We haven't had any problems with them. They have actually saved our butts several times. They have an excellent response time. Within a few minutes after the alarms go off, the police are here. I think it is within 2 minutes, which is really good. The price is well worth the money. We had one break-in right after we got the machine. The $25 has definitely saved us. We have motion sensors with different alarm systems in it. When they broke the window, we had all kinds of alarms and sirens going off. When the police got here, the person had already left and didn’t even get into the building. It definitely saved us. We will definitely continue to use them.
