TV Repair
Steve talks a good talk initially. Then totally unresponsive to calls, emails, etc. He was furious when we finally contacted the Mitsubishi company headquarters to get the work done. He had our TV held hostage for 7 months. The police department admits that they have had several dealings with irate customers of his. He is a snake in the grass.
