WORLD CLASS RV REFRIGERATION

Description of Work: We ordered a re-conditioned Norcold 1200 RV refrigerator on 11/22/2012. The company took the $1815.00 from our account that week. Website promised 2 weeks or less delivery, and shiping label for core exchange. We did not get any feedback from the company about delivery. We finally did receive the unit, it was dirty, bent, and did not work after installation. We started sending emails and calling. One phone call we were promised a call back, to "troubleshoot" a unit that would not start and cool. We filed a complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General, and Arizona Consumer Affairs office of Attorney General. The company finally called on January 7th and promised to work towards resolving the issue after the Arkanasas Attorney General's office contacted them. We responded to a letter promising a refund if we returned the refrigerator. We did not want to as they had not given any indication we could trust their actions to date. March 19 email to Arkanasas Atorney General Cheif investigator promised a refund check less missing parts (2 plastic drawers) and damage to unit ( it was sent froma Norcold authorized repair center RV World Yuma, they took pictures and it was in the same condition as we received it). We have spoke Greg and Ron that promised check on three different calls. We do not have a check it is 4/19/2013.
