August 12 - first called Raney Glass. They were in Conway the next Monday, would come by to look at windows. Came by Monday (they forgot appt, but came immediately when I called). Aug 23 - I called, and they had forgot to order the windows, so ordered them that day. Sept. 8 came by and installed the windows.
This is the second time I've had windows replaced by these folks. I really appreciate the fact that they get the job done, and if they make a mistake (like forgetting to order the glass) they fix it immediately.
