Auto Sales
Unfortunately I did not check the reviews with this Company (Jerry Collins) or I would have never done business with this person. He received my unit on 2/2/2016 and as of today 2/11/2016 my unit still hasn't shipped. Jerry has a bucket of excuses from it got damaged in shipment to I have been in the woods with no cell reception. He quit answering my phone calls so I call him from my wife's phone today and he answered with more excuses. I decided to fill a consumer complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General's Office. When I finished I called him and told him what I did. NOW he has plenty to say, angrily of course. He has called me 3 times in the last hour ranting and raving. I told him all I wanted was my unit returned and if he provided me with a tracking number I would cancel my complaint. He promised me it would be shipped tomorrow. I will see but I have my doubts. I certainly do not trust his warranty. If you read this review prior to doing business I suggest you do business with RV Cooling Unit Warehouse out of Memphis, TN. They are a BBB Accredited Business with a A+ rating.
