Insurance Agencies
They have been lacking in good customer service. I had to put in a claim for roof repair. They didn't allow me the full amount that it would actually take to repair the roof. Farm Bureau told me to use Ross Roofing, and later I found out that they submitted for more money after the fact directly to Farm Bureau even though I had to pay out of my own pocket to finish them job. They certainly work on the "good ol' boys" principle and I'm apparently not one of them. I may stay with Farm Bureau but it won't be with my agent, Mr. Stell. I plan on finding another one.
