They were careful while they painted and they picked up after themselves. I was very happy with them. They got the job done when they said that they would. He had the best price. He used good quality paint.

The estimate part was okay. The problem was in their finished product. They did not sand or prime the interior doors and put a water base paint over an oil base paint. The paint was peeling off all the doors. I told Donovan (the owner) to please come out and look at the job his workers did before I moved in. He declined and said they would fix the problem when they came out to paint two remaining bathrooms and the kitchen after remodeling was completed. When they came out, he then wanted to re-charge us to fix the peeling paint and other areas they did a poor job on. Instead we hired another company to fix their sloppy work.

"IT IS AMAZING TO KNOW THAT YOU GUYS ALLOW YOUR MEMBERS TO LEAVE COMMENTS THAT ARE UNTRUE. THE COMMENTS THAT ARE POSTED HERE ARE SO FALSE, STARTING WITH THE PRICE, $3800 IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT WAS CHARGED TO DO HER JOB... I ONLY CHARGED THE MEMBER $2000. SHE CALLS ME TO COME OUT AND GIVE HER AN ESTIMATE AFTER A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HER PREVIOUS PAINTER, HE LEFT HER CONDO A MESS, AND RAN OFF WITH HER MONEY. SHE TELLS ME SHE ONLY HAS A LIMITED AMOUNT OF MONEY TO WORK WITH AFTER THIS GUY HAD BEAT HER... SO I WORKED WITH HER. SHE HAD ALREADY PURCHASED HER MATERIAL, AND REFUSED TO PURCHASE MORE, EVEN AFTER I STATED THE MATERIAL SHE HAD PURCHASED WAS NOT OF GOOD QUALITY AND WOULDN'T LAST. I TOLD HER THE DOORS WERE PAINTED WITH OIL-BASED PAINT AND WHAT WAS NEEDED TO GET THEM RIGHT, BUT SHE INSISTED ON ME USING WHAT SHE HAD, AND YES THEY WERE PRIMED PRIOR TO US COMING IN AND DOING THE JOB, SHE HAD HER ORIGINAL PAINTER TO PRIME. I WORKED THIS JOB PERSONALLY, I DIDN'T SEND MY EMPLOYEES TO DO THE WORK, AND SHE KNOWS THAT, SHE SIGNED MY CONTRACT STATING THAT THE WORK WAS DONE TO HER SATISFACTION. WE AGREED THAT SHE KEEP $200 OF THE ESTIMATED PRICE UNTIL THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN WERE FINISHED... 7 MONTHS LATER SHE CALLS TO LET ME KNOW THAT THE CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE AND NOW WE CAN COME AND FINISH, AND I DID. HER DOGS AND THE MOVERS ARE THE CAUSE OF HER DOORS PEELING. I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH FIXING MY MISTAKES, BUT I REFUSE TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF."

Donovan is a nice guy, but his prep and painting are just average (or below). There was no sanding, before he stained some new woodwork, and I will have to re-do his shotty work, soon. The paint was very thin and needed to be rolled, instead of sprayed. I offered to pay him more, to do the job to my satisfaction, and he said he would be back and a week. Of course, he never came back. His phones were turned off and we could not call him. I also noticed several thin spots on walls and ceilings, after he left. If your looking for a cheap, "blow and go" job, he is ok. If you want a good job, look elsewhere. I will be repainting, in a year or so.

Donovan was prompt, courteous, efficient, friendly and did a few extra things we thought we'd need our handyman to finish;reinstalling fixtures, hanging (and painting!) our house numbers, etc. Our job was relatively small (trim, windows, touch-up), but everything was done as well as it could be done. Compared to our original painting experience, this was a refreshing change.

Donovan and his crew did a great job. On budget, ahead of schedule. He added additional work for us that we decided on only after we had hired him and finished without any problems. He'll be coming back and doing exterior work with us. Very professional.

This was a difficult job but Donovan was always right there willing to problem solve and make it happen. We had a nightmare with drywall and he helped fix the problem and was spot on with color choice. He was willing to negotiate the price with me so we were both happy. I was very happy with the job he did. I would hire him again and recommend him for other jobs.

Excellent work, punctual, all painting was completed in an excellent professional fashion, cleaned up after all work, very trustworthy and dependable. Everything I requested him to do he did and exactly to my specifications. I highly recommend Donovan's work. I will hire him again for extensive additional painting of both the interior and exterior of my house.

The work exceeded my expectations and goals I had for my house. I would recommend this company to any one. Very punctual, and takes pride in what they do. I appreciated the work they did on the exterior of my first home I just had to have them over to do the exterior of my new home. Did another tremendous job.

I find Mr. Lambert to be pleasant and prompt. He is meticulous and does a good job, taking pains to make sure the customer is satisfied with the job performed. He used quality paint. He is extremely responsive to the customer's suggestions. I highly recommend Mr. Lambert to all my friends and anyone who wish to have a trustworthy painter.
