Ozarks Chimney Solutions is a family-owned and -operated service division of a one-stop hearth and chimney shop located in Midway, AR. For 30 years, we’ve been providing quality, comprehensive chimney and fireplace care to our neighbors in North Central Arkansas and South Central Missouri. Our CSIA (Chimney Safety Institute of America) and NFI (National Fireplace Institute) certified technicians are expertly trained in everything from sweeping to masonry repair and appliance installation. We are also members of the NCSG (National Chimney Sweep Guild) and the HPBA (Hearth, Patio & Barbeque Association), so you can expect our sweeps to always be informed and up-to-date on the latest industry and safety information. I have been trying to have my fireplaces cleaned and swept for the last 3 years. I made appointments with two other firms for each of the last two years and had no luck with either of them. One did not eve show up and the other made a mess and did a poor job of cleaning. The person from Ozarks Chimney Solutions showed up on time and and was ready to work. He explained what he was going to do and then proceeded to do it. The fireplaces and chimneys are now clean and he did not mess up the house. He elplained what he had done and what all of the charges were for. The total came in a little under the estimate I was given. I am on their list to have the service done again next year. It is a real pleasure to work with professionals.

It was great. I had a little extra work that I needed done. When they quoted too high so I ended up doing it myself but they did the cleaning. I liked everything. They cleaned up good, they cleaned up after themselves and they layed down plastic and everything to keep the house clean so everything was back and up. I am 100% satisfied.

We have had a leak for the past three years with four attempts to have fixed. There are the first to identify what appears to be the real reason and have corrected it. They took their time to thoroughly examine the issue and develop an estimate. After the initial estimate based on material they had that we saw when they performed an initial chimney sweep, they checked and found another material as good and considerably cheaper even though they had to utilize another roofing contractor for part of the job. They keep us up to date and informed about the progress and completed the job in an excellent and timely manner with a very fair price.
