The septic tank installation went smooth and I was pleased; however, he did not return for several weeks to reroute the sink. When he did return and inspected the sink, he told me that he would have to go through the floor and subfloor to reroute it. As a result, I decided not to have this done. He then said he would be back later that week to refund the money I paid in advance to have him do this. He never returned. I was very patient about contacting him for the refund as he indicated he would soon be having surgery. I was so patient I waited a year. This past September 20, 2010, I finally contacted him re: my refund. He said he would be out that week to pay me yet by Friday, 9/ 24/10, he did not show so I contacted him again. He then said he would be out Saturday morning, but I still have not heard from him. Do not hire this man unless he understands that he will not get paid until completion of the job or any work related to it.
