Kevin worked me in on short notice the same day I called. He not only found and corrected the problem but was also educational and professional.

He found that the reason that the dryer wasn't heating was that the venting hose was kinked. He just straightened it out and didn't charge me anything.

It went well. The first replacement had to wrong serial number on it, though the box had the correct number. He had to return that one for the correct one. That was the only problem. He is very personable. This was not my first time to use his service and I will continue.

Kevin came the same day I called and performed all services professionally and as promised thereafter.

Dryer was squealing, Kevin drove to Jacksonville from McRae and quickly put an end to the problem.

Called one day got service the next day. on time and professional gave good advice about a used fridge I bought at auction. he advised that the leak stop freon that he used was likely to work but is it did not it would not be worth trying to repair. Kevins prices were higher than the competition but I did not see above average value. I would try someone else or use him again its a tossup. If someone else was available and cheaper I would use them. but at the same price I would use him again i know he is a proven pro.

Kevin did a very good job. He was able to come to my house the day after I first called him. He called beforehand and arrived right on time. He had to order the dishwasher motor, but was able to return in just a few days and complete that installation. Again, he called beforehand and arrived on time. Very nice and professional, and the cost was less than I expected.

I would highly recommend this provider. He is where he says he will be on time, takes his time and explains his process and the costs associated with the various potential issues. He finds the root of the problem and he fixes it. Unlike some others I have dealt with in the past who just takes a stab and hopes for the best. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He came in the door and in probably 10 minutes (in a really cramped space), he had the unit apart and knew exactly what to look for. Three little plastic pieces were broken/missing. He had a set in his truck and about 20 minutes later he had it fixed! Kevin is very prompt and if he ever fixes something and the same problem occurs, he does not charge for the return service call (although this had not happened to me). He is very good at what he does and I have his phone number programmed in my phone!

I called him in the morning to see when he could come out. He said it would be early afternoon before he could make it. I told him how to get here and said that would be fine. Early in the afternoon he called and said he was on his way. He was very professional and courteous. He explained that R-22is hard to find and expensive. He called several places trying to find the little that we might need, but could not locate a quantity that would do. He said that we might be better off replacing the unit given the cost of the R-22. That's what we decided to do.

I was frankly amazed. After I told him my refrigerator was not working, he asked me when it was a good time to come over. He came over the same day and fixed the problem on the spot. He was very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend.

I told Mr. Holt that the dishwasher had just stopped working and there was a light on that
indicated it needed servicing. He said he would try to come out that afternoon if possible. He later
called to let me know what time. He was there on time, corrected the problem and showed my
husband what had happened.

I found Kevin on Angies list and read the reviews.Kevin arrived as scheduled. He removed the auger unit to thaw and dry. He then made temperature recommendations as well as water / filter recommendations.He then checked out the stand alone ice maker and found that it was basically empty of freon, which he refilled.I now have ice in my ice maker. The auger will tell with time. I felt that his pricing was certainly reasonable.

He was able to go soon after calling (within a few days). He was able to connect with the tennant to get in to look at the stove. He was able to get the replacement part and get everything fixed within the week. He answered his phone right away when I called and was always very responsive via text or email. He was friendly and professional, too.

I got Kevin's name from Angie's List. I called Kevin to ask him to trouble-shoot a built in Electric Range - give me an estimate of the repair cost - and do the repairs. Dealing with Kevin was very easy. He went to my rental property right away and determined to cause of the problem. He coordinated this with my renter. He then called me with an estimate of the cost of the part and his labor to repair. Once I OK'ed the fix, he took care of all the rest very efficiently. He then mailed me a bill, for his work. (a great service when dealing with rental units). I checked with my renter and they were very pleased with the quick response to the probllem. I was very happy with Kevin's service in everything he did.
