I really liked that when the owner came; he himself got under the unit and looked at everything. He was very professional. He made me feel very comfortable and very secure. He sounded like he knew his trade, but he had a heart attack just before he came and he sent somebody else. That guy needed to make a whole on our wall and just started hammering away at it. I don’t really want to penalize the owner for the guy that came here did because when we called him back and explained to him what the guy did, he came in even after he had a heart attack and instructed the guy so that he does the job properly. I would recommend Sellers Heating and Air to anybody
