SERVICE LAWN & SHRUB CARE

I don't use them anymore because they don't communicate. They came out and they were doing good stuff but they came back when I found a weed, and then they sent me a bill 2 months later. They said while I was gone on vacation or working out in the area and because of that, I didn't even know the bill was there. I think they need to do other things and I already told them about it. They never sent me a bill or anything. There was no bill when I got back home, and then all of a sudden I get a bill 2 months later saying that I opted for the service back in July when I came home and there was weed. It was just the main issue of the fact that they didn't communicate what they were doing with the yard or we noticed some weed and they can't do those until winter. When I asked them about the bill, they didn't seem very anxious in resolving the dispute. I never see the guy. There's no person that I can see. They are not always easy to get a hold of, and they don't really have an online option or website. I leave a message and he usually calls back like when he called back on a weekend but generally, they don't contact me except when they charge my bill for the service. They come out during random time. I don't know when they are coming out.
