Lisa is the most wonderful, customer service driven, professional and I am so happy we chose her to be our real estate agent.
From the onset Lisa was extremely attentive to our needs and desires in a home. She?s extremely knowledgeable about Little Rock and the surrounding areas, which was great since we were not from Arkansas, let alone Little Rock.
We honestly felt at times she was buying this home with us. She is extremely authentic, passionate and focused. We can honestly say she had our best interest at heart. Although, we know we were not her only clients, we never once felt alone or neglected in this process. She was with us every step of the way. And we never felt pressured to make an offer or purchase a home.
Lisa knows what good old fashion customer service is and she demonstrates it daily. After we purchased our home, she brought us lunch on the day we moved in and we still here from her on holidays. She does not forget her clients and is so appreciative of us.
Through this whole process we are proud to say we not only got a great house, but we made a new friend?our first friend in Arkansas.
