Description of Work: Contacted service by e-mail. Mr Hernandez e-mailed me back, said he would be here sometime on Monday. Monday came and went. I got an e-mail that evening saying he would be here next day, early afternoon. No-show. Didn't contact me again. Very unprofessional, unreliable. Apparently doesn't care about growing his business.

Description of Work: I was given the number for Juan's Lawn Service by a neighbor. When I called the number, the response on the line was "Yeah". I had to ask whether or not I had reached Juan's. After letting me know I had indeed reached Juan's, the gentleman on the line took my address and agreed to come over to give an estimate the following day. Not surprisingly, they never showed, nor did I ever get a call to reschedule.
