When I tried to sew on it, the bobbin never would engage properly and I could never sew anything. I tried calling him several times over the last 6 months to talk to him, but never got a returned phone call. He was a very nice man and I always give people the benefit of the doubt. I thought maybe he had gotten sick or some other problem had arisen. But the fact remains, I pain him almost $280 to fix my sewing machine and now it is worse than when he took it. When it was returned, I noticed a piece of plastic was broken off a wheel on the front. When we took it apart last week to find out why it broke every needle I tried to use, we found several broken pieces down in the bottom of the machine.

He does house calls to repair on sewing machines anywhere in the State!  He is very detail and patient.  He also explains to me what was wrong and knows exactly what he is doing.  He is also very personable and I learn a lot from him.  I have used 2 other sewing machine repairs in Little Rock, and neither one fixed the machine.
