We spent about $70. I don't know what other companies charge for termite inspection so it is difficult for me to comment on it. They are pretty good at following up and making sure that it is done on a yearly basis. So it is not a bad interaction. They are pretty good. They are on time and they do the inspection. They leave a note as to whether they found anything or not. Only my son is at home when they come so I don't have a lot of interaction with them. We use them every year because they know where we are and they stay close to us and get the job done.

They are a local company and I have found them to be excellent. We have had a horrible problem with ants this year, so I called them to come out. After the first treatment I have yet to see any more ants. They told me that they would come back out free of charge if I had any more problems. They are very reasonable. They are very good, friendly, and prompt. I like that they do not require that I get a contract with them. I have no complaints about them whatsoever.

It was a small family owned and operated business. I didn't know how they kept up with all of their customers, but they did. The owner and his wife were very nice people and they did a great job. He came out quarterly, but if we saw a problem and called him he came out right away. He was respectful in my home and took his boots off before coming inside.
