+ -1 moreHe didn't finish the work. He told me he would refund part of my money, then he never did. He smoked dope on my property and hired druggies to help him. It took him over 6 months to do this job and it still isn't completed.
Description of Work: I hired him to do some lawn clean up and tree removal for me.
