Ira was prompt to answer the phone, and he came over right away, even later in the evening. He measured, and was back the next day, true to his word. He worked on the problem that I had, and fixed it very quickly, delivered the invoice, was paid, and then on his way. I will only ever call Ira Whitfield if I need an electrician going forward. He was fast; honest; and very friendly.
