It went just as planned even though it took a little longer they they had hoped.  They had some difficulty replacing the lines(which I think was smart), which no other contractor would do.  After 24 years I think that is smart.  A+ job overall and the extended warrenties/ESA's they gave me insure they want the job done right!!!

Grisham Airecare were very good. They were very thorough. They did stuff that one may not necessarily do, it's something and they actually did it. They did extra work. They were very knowledgeable.

Having experience as a general contractor, I got estimates from several HVAC companies in our area, read reviews, went to their business locations to see their shops, asked questions about install procedures, equipment recommendations, warranties, and costs to weigh our decision.
As promised, and expected, this was a three day job. The crew they sent was professional, well equipped, very familiar with all equipment they were installing, intelligent, good communicators, friendly, careful, worked well together, and had a good attitude.
This job was done right, We are very happy with the job performance, and an outstanding price for quality equipment.
The 2 stage systems remove humidity, have improved air filters, and are really quite both inside and outside. The newer units give us better air quality, and are much more efficient compared to the older model Lennox heat pump systems that were replaced.
Other reasons we chose Grisham Air Care were that they have a long history of good service in Hot Springs, and they were the only Lennox dealer that offered, and processed, all the high efficiency rebates and tax credits due to us.
The job passed city inspection with and quot;flying colorsand quot;.
