CITY TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

Had a contract to spray our whole yard for fleas, ticks and ants. Kept having to argue with them because they only wanted to spray 10 feet out from the house. Talked to manager once and he had them start spraying the whole yard. This worked for a while but then they did not want to spray but 10 feet out from house. We still had a bad ant problem that they could not seem to conquer. I fired them and will find someone else.

I have used City for approximately 2 years.  I do not live in Hot Springs full time and do not keep food in the home.  I've had  problems the entire time with rats getting into my home and damaging appliances.  I continually requested they inspect the home to let me know how the rats were getting in because our methods of trying to find entry did not work. That did not happen.  I even spoke to the manager to request his assistance, the manager told me he would come with the technician during the July inspection but did not.  I called Advanced Pest Control out and they showed me the areas the rats were getting in, made an appointment to come back out to close up areas with mesh screen, replace wood and use foam and copper mesh where needed.  I called City back and asked for the owner, Mr. Turpin, I explained all that had occurred and he apologized.  The manager called to apologize as well. At no time was I offered any other assistance.  Also, during the annual termite inspection the first technician did not crawl under the house.  I called back and requested a second inspection.  That gentleman came to inspect 2 hours before scheduled appointment and left a note on the door.  I am a business owner who tried my best to get what I needed from this company and, though the manager and owner state they perform the service Advance performed, they never came through.

We have been using City Termite and Pest Control since 2007.  They were recommended by our builder for pest service / termite preventitive when we built our log home in 2007.  We use City Termite at home and at our busines..  They folks at City Termite are very polite, professional and thier fees are reasonable.
Each quarter the office stafl will call to remind us of our quarterly pest service.  They will schedule early or late appointments in order to get us served.

They came the next morning after they were called about the problem. They seemed to be very thorough and offered to come back in a few weeks to check the traps and make sure that the spiders were gone.
