Mr. Dawson came to my home and gave me (what I thought was) a fair and excellent estimate on installing a central heat and air unit. I explained to him then approximately when I would be ready to have this installed and also agreed to contact him about 1 week prior to my being ready for installation. I called to let him know what day I would be ready and he said he would be ready to do my system by then. The week he was due to come he was unable to get to me on the promised date as he was running behind on another job. Two days later he called to let me know that it would be a few more days as he had an "emergency" with a terminally ill customer. I could TOTALLY understand that (if it is the truth), and would expect no less. However, that was the last time we heard from him! Me and my mother BOTH attempted to contact him numerous times to get an idea of when he would be able to put in my system. He never answered his phone and never would return our calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Description of Work: Mr. Dawson only gave me an estimate and once I agreed to give him the job he never would return my calls.
