I used a realtor from this company as a buying agent. There was no fee as a buying agent. I was shown homes from around the area and gave them a price range of the homes we wanted to be in. The realtor was nice and honest many times. We saw more homes they were listing than others but I feel that was due mainly to our price range but also possibly some favoritism. They were not very informative about showing us comps and giving us a good talk about the pricing in the area. It always seemed fast paced and negotiating seemed difficult as they were representing both sides. Overall it was an okay experience but unfortunately I think it is the mentality of many realtors in this town that make it difficult.
