Surface Tech was a bit difficult to contact at first but when contacted, provided lots of useful information.  They arrived on site as scheduled and refinished the tub in place.  There were some minor complications but they stayed and finished the job.  A few days after the work was completed, a small flaw was found in the finish.  This flaw was reported.  They came back and repaired the flaw at no cost.  They guarantee their work for five years.  They were friendly, readily provided information, and seemed to really want to achieve customer satisfaction.  The only issue I found was that they were a bit hard to contact and were somewhat slow in responding.  They said that they were having problems with their internet provider that might account for some of that problem.
The quality of the finish was good, but not outstanding.  They said that the product I requested was not their best product, but I needed it to match the decor of the bathroom.  Therefore, my quality rating of "good" might be the result of my choosing their lower quality product and no fault of theirs.
