I was initially told $175/hr. I received a bill for $435 when the service guy was only here an hour. I even wrote a letter stating I had phone and camera records to prove my case. I received a letter back threatening me with a higher price. I ended up having to pay for his service guy's drive time from an hour away because he was that far away helping his wife with her car. They actually charged me for that instead of from the shop near me as I was told. Do NOT recommend at all!! The only nice thing I have to say is that he did my service within a day of my call.

I hired John to put my yard back together after a pool install. I initially hired him for a sprinkler repair, but him and his crew were so good I had him fix the french drains, put in sod and landscaping. I highly recommend this company!

He did nit install an RPZ valvewhich is something that you have to have tested annually. Then water company is threatening to shut off my water and he will not call me back. I am going to ha e to hirsomeone else to install this. Who knows how much ch that will cost. That was after paying him m $5500

I has done all my work for 20 years. Every house I have built he has done for me. The first time I met him was when he came over to do a repair. I haven't used anyone else since. The best part about John is his honesty.
