Dallas, the owner, came out to look at the house before making any recommendations.  He also found out what all our goals were. He got us recommendations and estimates on different options the same day.  Dallas answered all our questions, including helping us decide between using furnaces or heat pumps (ended up going with duel fuel heat pumps) and making sure everything would work with our existing home generator.  Installation took 3 days.  Crew was very professional, clean cut and did not make a mess.  After the job was done everything was picked up.  Dallas asked that I call him in a couple of months once the temperature had reached mid 70's so he could come back out and make sure the refrigerant levels were OK before the summer months came.  Also offered a maintenance contract for them to come out every spring and fall to check and clean everything.  I will use Dallas again for heat & air services and would definitely recommend him to others.

I bought a manufactured home approximately 1300 Sq feet with central heat (straight line) and A/C (installation extra). After comparing prices, I chose Innovative Heat and Air Solutions. The owner, Dallas, spent all the time I needed to answer my questions about heat pumps and tonnage of A/C that I would need to keep my new home comfortable at a reasonable price (including what I could expect my utility bills to be in the winter months and in our Arkansas hot/humid/7 month summers that tend to be sometimes 109 to 120 degree heat index). My heating bill averaged $90/month this winter with the heat pump he installed! At my former apartment (800 sq feet) it had averaged over $140/month in the last three winters. The A/C at my former apartment averaged $175/month over the last three summers.

Dallas was very knowledgeable, informative (being an RN, both of which I appreciate), prompt and did the installation of the complete system in one day!
