GENERATED ENERGY SOLUTIONS, LLC

GES company quoted me $95 service call plus mileage, the tech came out and was here less than 30 min. then had me sign on a Topaz style signature pad for the service call then sent me an invoice for $485.00 after refusing to fix the Generator, if you use this company demand an itemized invoice and DO NOT SING ANYTHING EXCEPT THE ITEMIZED INVOICE. I Refused to pay the overcharged invoice and was taken to court where the so called found for GES who on the invoice stated he refused to fix it. I did not get an opportunity to present my side and was-just ruled against by this so called judge in Benton District court the lady judging was not any way a qualified judge. After this person claimed he was here for 3 hours, Generac sent another company out who had it up and running in 30 minutes including programing the exercising cycle. Sad part is my neighbor told me before I went to court I was going to lose, as Benton is a good old boy town. I do have all the documents to show my side of the case.

We have a whole home generator that did not kick on when our power went out. We put a call in to the company that installed our generator and 2 hours later we still haven't recieved a call back. We reached out to Jared who responded and immediately came out to identify and rectify the issue. Thanks GES!

Was very pleasantly surprised to see the speed and transparency of my generator installation. Couldn't ask for better service. I also needed a transfer switch replaced on another generator I have at my shop. They ordered and installed it the same week for 20% less of what I was quoted elsewhere.

Needed a fixed home generator due to health issues. They worked on a scheduled day off to assure we had a generator installed prior to my husband coming home from the hospital. They worked efficiently and with the gas company. I would recommend them to anyone in central Arkansas needing service.
