My sons guitar had something loose, so we took it for repairs. He's 14 and doesn't drive, so he called almost every day for 7 days checking on "his baby". The man who answered was condesending & had a rude tone in his responses. Bored, my son walked 10 miles to thus place to pick up his guitar. 10 miles. In July. They don't have modern credit card equipment, they use one of those old carbon copy slider things & call it in. They declined my sons card, although that's a bank issue, not this business. I feel like modern equipment might have helped. Anyway, kid walks 10 miles home empty handed. When I picked up guitar, I confronted rude man. He seemed concerned about resolution perhaps, but the whole time an older lady sat in next room & snickered loudly while smiling. Not sure how dissatisfied customers are funny.
