We have used B & R Plumbing several times before and he always does a very good job. I still have not received the bill for fixing the leaky valve in my sink though. Another time when he did a job for us, it took him a whole year to bill me for the job he did. I had to call and remind him that he never billed me.

This was the best plumbing company I have used. Their service and standards were a cut above the others. They have never had to come out and fix a mistake on a job that they have done and if it was my choice they would do all of my plumbing work.

I have a home warranty. This company was dispatched July 3 for a leak coming from the kitchen sink. They arrived at 3pm. They said it was too big a job because they were closing for the 4th. It is very hard for me to schedule off work. The next day they were to come was July 11. It only took 1 hour to fix, why didn't they do it the first time? It started to leak again, the hardwood floors have begun to buckle. They never showed up for their appointments on July 20 or 21. They said they just plum forgot me. The only thing good is the price, a $50 deductible. I am still waiting as of July 21.
