Excellent service. I have gone through three other Long providers since buying a home in Fayetteville this summer. The response time was a mediate upon a requesting serviceâ ¦ He was friendly and just a down to earth good guy. I had a birthday party for my son, and I needed expedient service. He worked around his schedule to come next day. No, Iâ m not saying when you read this review, he will always do that. But in this case it just worked out. I canâ t speak highly enough of the level of service, his professionalism, I just the fact that he did a absolute home run knock it out of the park job on my yard, the weed, eating, edging, and everything we agreed to. I wonâ t need the service again to search for a providerâ ¦ As I know, Iâ ll have my guy. Do yourself a favor, quit going through frustrating lawn guys, long as a short, catch you, our lawn guys that donâ t do as good a job as you would do yourself. Call Southern roots and let him take care of what you need.!!!

Mr. Brown is very attentive and listens to what his customers want. He is knowledgeable and hardworking. In addition, this is one of the only lawn companies in NWA that I have found to actually return phone calls or text after you have given them money.
