He was able to replace the vent on the roof which has stopped the bird from entering.  He took pictures as he was doing the work and e-mailed them to me.

He sealed the roof and 2 separate occasions while only charging for 1 of them and it has stopped the water issue.

The service was prompt and well done. Mr. Robinson was very courteous and professional.

We had water leaking from an exhaust vent in our bathroom after the last storm. I called Robinson Roofing and left a message. Paul Robinson, the owner, called me back a couple of hours later. We set a rough time to meet the next day since I would be home all day. Paul sent me a text message during that time window letting me know he was on his way. He was very nice and personable. He took pictures of the vents on our roof and said all of our exhaust vents needed to be sealed (which was not surprising since it is an older home). We agreed on a price and he did the work right away. He also swept off the tree debris that had collected in the valleys of the roof and cleaned off the gutters. Just to be nice, he even swept off the front porch and drive. He took pictures of all work both before and after and showed us the pictures. He explained that all work comes with a one year guarantee and said he would email that in writing along with a receipt later that day.
We are very pleased with the work that was done. Mr. Robinson was very nice and professional. The work was fast and very affordable. If we have any other roofing issues in the future, we will definitely have the work done by Robinson Roofing.

Decided to give Robinson Roofing a call because of all of the positive reviews.  Called on a Monday am and left a messaged, received a call back about an hour later from Paul the owner and he said he would be over around noon to give me an estimate.  Arrived promptly at noon, gave me an estimate which I agreed to and had the repairs done within an hour. Took the time to explain what repairs he performed and also gave some insight overall to the condition of my roof on that side of the house.  Will definitely call on him again if needed.

Thursday evening we noticed a water stain in the ceiling of one of our bedrooms.  On Friday we called Robinson Roofing and received a call back to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning.  Paul, the owner, arrived as scheduled at 10 am Saturday.  He was very polite and professional.  He first asked if it would be OK to see the ceiling with the water stain.  He then climbed on the roof to inspect the sources of the leak.  Fortunately it was a relatively minor problem where water was entering through one of the nails holding down a vent.  Paul explained how the water was entering through an untreated nail holding down a roof vent located right above the leak.  He explained that he would charge $40 for the repair.  Paul applied silicone to each of the nails and around the edges of the vent.  He then inspected all the remaining roof vents and applied silicone to each of the nails and around the edges of each vent.  Most of these vents were located in another part of my roof away from the location of the leak.  He also applied found and repaired cracks in a few shingles.  Paul took pictures of the vents and shingle cracks both before and after the repairs to show the work he had done.  He said if we noticed the leak continuing that he would come back at no charge.  All together he was here about 45 minutes.  I was very pleased with how quickly we were able to schedule the appointment, the quality of his work and the detailed explanation using the before and after photo's from his tablet computer.  I would definitely recommend Robinson Roofing.

We are very happy with our choice of Robinson Roofing & Construction to replace our roof.  I sensed that I could trust Paul Robinson from our first conversation on the phone, and when he came to evaluate our roof and measure for the estimate I knew we had found our guy.  Paul is a certified roofing inspector and gave us a professional, honest appraisal of the condition of our roof, complete with pictures.  He did not try to push an insurance scheme like another company had.  I prefer to support small, locally owned businesses, and the care and attention Paul gave us would not have been matched by a large company.  They even offer a 5-year guarantee on workmanship - I didn't see anyone else standing behind their work to that degree.  His team of professional installers is obviously very skilled and I was impressed that they had been working with Paul for many years.  They protected the surroundings and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day to make sure no nails or other debris would cause issues.  Paul himself spent quite a bit of time at the jobsite and was always available to answer our many questions.  Paul emailed pictures of the progress daily so we could see exactly what was done.  The weather was unsettled during the time our job was completed, and the crew only tore off as much as they could cover in the same day to avoid exposing our home to the elements.
I could not have asked for a better experience, and wholeheartedly recommend Robinson Roofing & Construction.

When he showed up he came prepared with materials already in his truck, He'd quoted us a higher price originally, but when he saw the actual amount of work there was (we were only doing this because our insurance company insisted before they will insure our new home) less then he'd expected, he reduced the price by over $100.00.  We could not be happier with his work and attitude, he was very helpful and I will definitely call this company first if we ever need more roof work.

The whole process took about 3 weeks from the time I first talked to Paul and when they finished, as I needed the time to think about the color choices and decide on any choices we had to make.  Once they got the shingles and started the job, it just took 4 days. Paul kept me updated daily on the progress, and he went to a lot of trouble making sure I was satisfied all though the process.  There weren't any unpleasant surprises.  He even re-roofed my storage building without charge and installed copper on the visible vent pipes, which was a really nice touch, and a pleasant surpise.  I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone needing the services of a roofer.

Paul came over to give me a bid on our house and spent over an hour answering my questions and covering all the details with me. I had a couple of things I wanted to know that he didn't have an answer for, but he did some research and got me an answer quickly. The questions were in regards to the "Solar Shield" aluminum-backed roof decking, which is a rare thing and not unexpected that he didn't know the answer off the top of his head.
       As I stated above, the 5 year warranty was a very big deal for us and one of the key factors in our decision on which bid to go with. Paul and his crew started when they said they would and did a very good job. Paul sent me daily pictures of the progress made and what he expected to accomplish the following day. Everything was done just as he said it would be.
      Paul did a few "extra things" that really made him stand out as a reputable guy. He put a mortar sealant on the stonework on the front of our house, he filled in some cracks with sealant that he found in the mortar as well. Finally, he put some copper trim on the furnace vents that really make the roof look great. There were other things he did, but these few stand out. Overall, I would recommend this company to absolutely everyone. I contracted our home when it was built in 2006 and I know a thing or two about how contractors operate. This guy is a rare bird these days!

Reliable, responsible, honest, professional and knowledgeable. It was a very good experience from the beginning to the end. The job was done professionally and very quickly, good clean up at the end. I would recommend them to anybody who needs a roof job.

Every step was easy. There was no doubt in who we were going to go with once we narrowed it down. Paul came over, assessed the situation, took photos so we could know what was going on in a spot we couldn't see. He then scheduled time and came out when he said he would. From there, he sent pics and we finalized. Totally painless! Like the problem was never there.

Paul Robinson came out after I called wanting an estimate. He came when he said he would and I talked to him again after the estimate and decided to go with them. I signed the contract and paid some up front money for shingles and etc. Paul told me when they should be able to start work and when it should be finished. It was within one day of his estimate on time to start and the job was finished in a timely manor. They were good at picking up the papers and shingles on a daily basis. They also ran that magnet around daily to pick up nails.They went above and beyond what was required of them. Paul had noticed some wood boards on the fence loose , so he went all around to hammer them back in for me. That was just one of the extra touches that wasn't required.

I would use them again or recommend them to someone else needing a new roof or repair done.

It took a few phone calls to line up our schedules, but that was as much us as them.

Robinson fixed issues that I had with a "new" roof, replaced in Fall of 2011 by another company.  My house/roof has two "dead valleys" which were not addressed properly by the previous roofers.  They also fixed a shoddy guttering job performed by same company.Paul was on time, on estimate, and provided photos of the work in process.  The leaks that i was experiencing went away, and the guttering work vastly improved the drainage problem.

I contacted Paul after seeing his signs in our neighborhood.  Paul responded quickly and we set up an appointment.  After comparing bids, Paul was the most competitive and seemed to have the most knowledge.  We agreed to the scope of work/price, set up start date, shingles/roofing supplies were delivered, new roof was on in 3 days.  Paul and his team were very professional, courteous, and do excellent work.  I strongly recommend Robinson Roofing and Construction inc for all of your roofing needs.

I called and emailed Paul on a Tuesday morning about repairing my roof.  He responded immediately via text to tell me that he was interested in fixing the roof.  He said he would be by in the next day or two to fix it and I was leaving town so I asked him to keep me updated via email.  He was very responsive whenever I contacted him via phone message or text about the status of the repair while I was out of town.  The area was repaired when I returned Friday and the replaced shingles match perfectly.

I had a great experience with Robinson Roofing. The price was fantastic and they were very professional. I wanted my gutters cleaned as well as the roof, but the price for the gutter cleaning was out of my price rangee. Paul, from Robinson Roofing, told me the tools I needed, cleaner and a regular hose should work for the gutters. Nothing better than someone who is honest and tells you the truth. I would use Robinson Roofing again and again and again. Really happy with the people and the work.

Provided a detailed estimate including the current state of the roof (with pictures) and issues.  Their proposal was to truly fix the roof instead of just applying one more layer of roofing on top of the others.
