MJ Landscaping has done extensive work for us over the past 10+ years. Manuel put in two terraces in our front yard and a patio in our back yard. He also mows our lawn and does all of our landscaping work. I highly recommend MJ Landscaping for any and all of your landscaping needs.

I hired them to build an patio dirt work and sod .they came out put patio in and took some dirt from underneath old patio in which it had concrete chips and put it around yard . He was supposed to get two trucks of dirt and level it . He told me that was extra for dirt and work $850 more it was not in the contract. POINT IS GET EVERTHING IN WRITING DETAILED TO THE LAST FINISH PIECE THEN now the deck fillers was coming out . Natural Rock is not something I recommend now have weeds growing between the rocks

Manuel came the next day after I contacted him to provide an estimate to clean up multiple flower beds and put down weed barrier and mulch. After some miscommunications, the work was scheduled in less than a week. The crew started on time, worked steadily, and had the job finished by the end of the day. Everything looked good. I would have liked to have seen a deeper layer of mulch and weed barrier added in a couple of small beds but I should have done a better job of communicating what I wanted and asked questions about mulch quantity.
